Fristads to reveal ‘Green’ news at A+A trade show

Fristads will reveal big product development news at the biennial trade fair A+A in Düsseldorf on October 26-29.

It’s a go for the biennial A+A trade show in Düsseldorf in October and Fristads will be there to present its latest and most comprehensive sustainably produced workwear collection to date.  

Fristads is one of over 1,000 companies in the workplace safety industry expected to gather at the semi-annual A+A fair in Düsseldorf, Germany, on October 26-29.

“Fristads has a long history with A+A and as society is starting to reopen and businesses are gradually returning to a more normal situation, we look forward to joining the rest of the industry in Düsseldorf,” said Anders Hülse, Managing Director of Fristads.

Sustainable product development will take centre stage at Fristads’ exhibit, where visitors will have a chance to sneak a peek of the next environmentally declared Fristads Green collection, slated to hit stores in January 2022. Details about the collection are still under wraps but Fristads’ Product Management Director Lene Jul reveals that it will be the most comprehensive sustainably produced collection in Fristads’ range so far.

“We have been working long and hard on this collection and it will be the first of its kind in the world, so it is a big milestone for us,” Jul said.

Leading the way in sustainability

Fristads has a long-term goal to lead the workwear industry when it comes to sustainability and to offer environmentally declared Fristads Green garments in all its product segments. Fristads Green garments are produced in a way that minimises the impact on the environment when it comes to construction, material choices, waste and transports.

This marks the first physical event that Fristads participates in since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in the spring of 2020. Naturally, we will follow the comprehensive hygiene guidelines implemented by A+A to protect the health of our staff as well as visitors.

Fristads will be exhibiting at hall 9, stand A44.

The International A+A Congress is held in Düsseldorf every two years. It is the world’s biggest and most relevant event revolving around safety and health at the workplace. Visitors can take part in up to 35 series of events with over 300 speakers from research and practice, politics and administration – face-to-face or digitally.
